2004: 14-10

Here is what I posted Tuesday.

Nova +10 @ Seton Hall opened at 8
Mizzou -9 @ Baylor opened at 11.5
Notre Dame +16 @ UConn 18
Ohio St +11 @ Indiana 6
Kentucky -2.5 @ Auburn ??
Minnesota +6 vs Purdue 1.5
Temple +14 nuetral vs St. Josephs 14

As you can see most of these lines are off, and most became nonplays especially Minnesota and Ohio St. But I have a ton of plays for tomorrow, no big plays, I am making 7 plays and all these are smaller plays than I usually make. Most of my bets are $300-$500, and these are all $200.

NOTRE DAME +18

I feel this is way too many points here, Notre Dame got the win last time, 18 points is just too many.

LOUISVILLE +5.5

I think Cincinnati is the most overrated team in the nation, not that Lville isnt either though. But Cincy plays a joke of a preconference schedule every year. I'll take the generous points.

MIZZOU -11.5

Baylor sucks

UCLA +8.5

UCLA played well thursday and Stanford struggled against USC. I see this as a close game with Stanford getting the win at the end.

TEMPLE +14

John Chaney should have his team ready to extend out to the shooters because that is what killed them last time out, St Joes was on fire from 3. St. Joes wont be on fire like last time and this game will be a lot closer.

GONZAGA -11

Tulsa sucks, they are like 3-11 in a bad conference or something like that.

COLORADO ST +8.5

Saw these 2 teams play a couple times, UNLV is athletic but that is about it, CSU seems to play pretty smart and has a couple good players. Close game here.

This card is pretty strange for me, I can't remember the last time I layed double digits on the road and now I'm doing it twice, 2 favorites, and 5 dogs, what do you think about that Identity?

Yeah I don't know though, the more I think about it, the more I think Lowe makes that team go and they were lost without him. Minnesota isn't very good, I still don't know how they pulled the W at Indiana, down 6 with 43 seconds left, that is the g****est loss that I have ever attended, and yes I watched an 8 pt lead evaporate against Illinois in the last 9:53 when IU didn't hit a FG, and I had tickets for the Mizzou game where a 12 pt lead evaporated when no points were scored in the last 4:24, luckily I had an interview that day and wasn't in attendance for that debacle.

Good luck to you as well Kodiak, Francis isn't suiting up for ND tomorrow is he? If he is, this is a complete steal at 18, but I thought he was back next week.

My insight is that I'm not a big fan of playing Purdue on the road as a favorite to anyone in the Big 10. Especially to a team that has played well 2 strait games. I'm passing this game

Like the line movement, as Notre Dame is now down to 15. I got either the same spreads as now or advantages on every other game as well so that is good.

Matt what do you think about Penn ST. I know they suck, but I'm a big Illini fan and this looks like a big letdown game for them.

I wouldn't take Penn St, not after that debacle against Northwestern last week. They let up a 30-2 run, that is terrible. I also watched them host IU and IU killed them, Indiana was up 20 in the first half. Illinois should handle them.

Well it looks like I am going to sweat out my first one with Louisville. Lville is fouling everytime down the floor lately.

overtime, how gay is that? And Missouri sucks, I don't understand how teams like Mizzou, Cuse, IU, etc can play so bad when they are in must win situations, they aren't even hustling. sick

Well I was wrong, St Joes is on fire again and Temple isn't getting out on the shooters. Both Temple and Stanford looking pretty ugly so far. Need 1 of them to be 3-2 after the first 5.
